With no added flavours and no preservatives or colourings, this 100% plant-based product made from Capfruit fruit purées is the ideal way to make smooth, fruit-rich sorbets that contain no lactose or casein and are gluten-free.

Suitable for ice cream and sorbet makers, PacoJet® and all Italian-style machines, the Capfruit Fruit’Soft range is now available in three flavours: raspberry, lemon and passion fruit.

Fruit’Soft is packaged in a hygienic 1 kg pouch (5 pouches per carton). Once opened, it can be kept in cool conditions (4°C) for 8 days.
