Capfruit products are now available at Repertoire Culinaire, a new distributor in Vietnam.
Several initiatives were implemented as part of this new partnership, beginning with events involving local chefs. In May, Chef David Ducamp hosted two launch cocktail parties with Repertoire Culinaire on Tuesday 14 May at the Park Hyatt in Saigon and on Thursday 16 May at the C’est Bon Café in Hanoi. During these cocktail parties, the Capfruit products were promoted through the sophisticated, gourmet creations by the Chef David Ducamp who held several workshops:
- A sweet workshop, with pastries
- An ice cream bar with a raspberry vertical (different percentages of raspberry ice cream)
- A bar corner, with cocktails and mocktails
- A savoury workshop with scallops and foie gras
