Nature can express itself in our Fruit'Purée range: fruit purees with no added sugar or 10% sugar according to the flavours, without additional colouring, flavourings (1), preservatives or thickening agents.
These new recipes « 100% fruit » offer two advantages : the ability to pastry Chef, chocolate and ice cream makers, Chefs and barmen, to sweeten at their convenience all their recipes but also to propose a fruit puree able to retain all the natural flavor of the fruit. Now it's more than half of Capfruit purees that are proposed "with no added sugar".
Each puree is the result of a close partnership with the fruit growers, giving us total mastery of the procedure, control over the methods of cultivation and total traceability. The fruits are harvested at maturity and sometimes even transformed and frozen on site to ensure that no flavour is lost.
Cap'fruit's skill and know-how is the fruit of experience and total mastery of the process, guaranteeing a top-quality range of purées that do not, in general, need pasteurization.
