Specific varieties grown in specific areas
The guiding principal behind the development of this range is the ever more rigorous selection of specific fruit varieties grown on specific soils. In the same way as wine growers choose their grape varieties, we choose specific varieties of fruit, we obtain a limited quantity of the fruit from very small areas.
Specific growing methods
To reinforce the organoleptic qualities of these fruits, we work closely with the fruit farmers regarding the cultivation methods used. Consequently, fruit trees undergo very hard pruning to ensure the quality of the remaining fruits. Our technical specifications are just as rigorous, limiting the use of pesticides. Products in our “Vintage” - Grands Crus - range may not always be available from year to year precisely because of these specifications, so much more demanding than for our other fruit purées.
