This is why on 3 August 2019, Capfruit obtained its Authorised Economic Operator certification - a first in our industry!

This approach requires the careful selection of fruit by our partner producers. This same quest for perfection allows us to offer you unpasteurised purées, depending on the fruit used (microbiological criteria and risk of oxidation). Each fruit goes through an adapted, tailor-made process that keeps its taste, colour and texture as close as possible to that of fresh fruit.
