Our recipe uses 90% of fruit and 10% of coarse granulated sugar, in line with good practice for professionals working with pastry, chocolate, confectionary and ice creams. A heat treatment designed specifically for the product allows us to guarantee a product life of one year without recourse to preservatives. Technical mastery of the transformation and flash-pasteurization processes, together with the selection of our fruits (varieties, soils, cultivation methods and degree of maturity) allow us not only to offer fruit purées with exceptional taste properties but also easy storage of the finished product, either in the refrigerator or at a maximum of +15°C.
