To offer homogenous products throughout the year, we bring together different varieties of fruit to create our purées. In the «Seasonal Flavours» range, we have taken the art of blending a step further, introducing new textures and original flavours by the blending of fruits with other types of ingredients such as spices. To achieve the subtle balance for the palate that we require from these recipes is a delicate art and one in which we are master craftsmen.
For the autumn and winter we have gone in search of authentic flavours our grandmothers liked to cook. From this tradition was born a range of astonishingly flavoursome products with a touch of yesteryear.
For the spring and summer we wanted to do something rather different. Winter is over, nature is reborn and with it our senses. To reflect this desire to be reborn, we have blended the freshness of fruit with some ingredients guaranteed to get the taste buds going!
