Fruit’Elite 'Nuts' Green pistachio purée Discover or rediscover Capfruit green pistachio purée, an exclusive creation which forms part of our “Nuts” range, alongside our white almond and roasted hazelnut. Our selection of varieties and origins means that our green pistachio purée has an authentic taste and natural colour, is made from 100% fruit and free from all added colourings or flavourings. After harvesting, the fruit is shelled, sorted and cleaned several times in order to remove any residue, as well as to ensure that only the fruit is preserved. This raw material is then roasted, pressed and filtered. The purée is immediately packed and flash frozen, guaranteeing the homogeneity of the dry extract and fat content. Thus, if users do not wish to use the entire pack contents in one go, they can cut off and defrost the quantity required and put the rest back into the freezer for later use. The proportion of fat to dry matter will be exactly the same in the part used and in the part put back in the freezer, thus ensuring total consistency in the balance of recipes. In addition to being completely free from any added colouring or flavouring, the purée also contains no preservatives, unlike products packaged in tubs, cans and aromatic pastes. Once opened, it can be kept in the refrigerator for 1 month. The creaminess of the purée which is obtained, with no added sugar except for those which are naturally present in the fruit, allows the product to be used in a variety of applications: pastries, ice creams, sweets, ganaches, sauces, stuffings, and many more. The purée is available in 1 kg pots, packed in cartons of two units. |

Fruit'Purée Ginger Discover or rediscover Fruit’Purée Ginger, a purée that will give your recipes a dash of zing! Known in Asia for its medicinal properties, ginger is also highly prized by the world of gastronomy and used to flavor both savory and sweet dishes. The rhizomes (or roots) of ginger, which come from Madagascar, are hand-peeled for a purer product. They are then blended and refined to form a light, smooth purée. Fruit’Purée Gingembre has a bright, shiny appearance. With no sugar added to those naturally present in the fruit, and unpasteurized, Fruit’Purée Ginger retains all the intense flavor of fresh ginger. The purée is available in 500 g tubs (2 units per carton). - Fruit’Elite 'Seasonal Flavours' Banalime Ginger purée (banana-lime-ginger), |
