LAUNCH WEEK AT EURACO FINEFOOD
The Singapore-based distributor, Euraco will now include Capfruit products in their range. An unprecedented, week-long launch took place on the other side of the world to mark the occasion.
On Tuesday 7 and Wednesday 8 May, 35 participants shared a lunch featuring 11 creations, half savoury and the other half sweet. All the recipes used Capfruit products.
Chef Lee and his team at V-Dining were responsible for the savoury creations, while Christophe Renou, MOF 2015, took care of the sweet dishes.
On Friday 10 May, there was a demonstration workshop at the Euraco studio. Under Christophe Renou’s watchful eye, the 12 chefs in attendance worked with the Capfruit products to create exceptional and sophisticated delicacies.
This week of events, which brought together nearly 100 chefs, heralds a prosperous and ambitious partnership with Euraco. Capfruit would like to thank all the Euraco teams for their professionalism and their great commitment.
